Yuma Catch and Go NFL Flag Football

 Our program provides a fun and exciting game of non-contact flag football for boys and girls, ages 5 - 14. Catch & Go Flag Football is an excellent way for kids to improve their passing, catching, and running/agility skills.  This program also helps develop the first phase of player and coach development by teaching football skills at the earliest age.

Basic Information:
The games are double headers on Saturday's between 8am to 5pm. In the Spring, we have also added Friday Night Lights from 5pm-8pm, still following the double header format. The team's coach will set the venue and practice schedule.
