Yuma Catch and Go NFL Flag Football

Founded in 2008, Catch & Go Flag Football in Yuma, Arizona is a member of the NFL FLAG Program. Our program provides a fun and exciting game of non-contact flag football for boys and girls, ages 5 - 14. Kids learn the game and get to wear official NFL team flag football jerseys. Catch & Go Flag Football is an excellent way for kids to improve their passing, catching, and running/agility skills.The NFL FLAG program exists in all 32 NFL team markets. NFL FLAG provides kids the opportunity to become involved in football through participation early in life. This program also helps develop the first phase of player and coach development by teaching football skills at the earliest age.

Basic Information:

This year the games are going to be played at Ray Kroc sporting complex and Yuma Valley Sporting complex. The games are going to be on Saturday's between 8am to 4pm. The teams practices are depending on what their coaches schedules, before the games start the teams can practice 3 times a week and after the games start the teams can only practice twice a week.

The only needed for the kids to play flag football is spikes and a mouths guard and the league will providing the flags and uniforms.
